Last updated: 3 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hi Blue Interiors Pvt Ltd (“Blue Key”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles the personal information you provide when you use our website at bluekeyinteriors.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
We are based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, and we handle personal data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law. By using the Site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us — we do not require you to create an account or log in.
Details you submit through our consultation form:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The service you are interested in (optional)
- Any message or requirement you choose to describe (optional)
If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Instagram instead, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the Site running reliably. We do not use this to personally identify you.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your consultation request or enquiry;
- Contact you about your project by phone, email or WhatsApp;
- Provide quotes, guidance and the services you ask about;
- Keep records of our communication with you; and
- Improve, secure and maintain the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. How your information is shared
We keep your information confidential and share it only where necessary to operate the Site and respond to you:
- Form delivery service. When you submit the consultation form, the details are processed by StaticForms, a third-party service that delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email. Your data passes through their servers for this purpose. See the StaticForms privacy policy. If this service is unavailable, the form may instead open your own email app with the details pre-filled, so that you send the enquiry to us directly.
- Service providers. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf to run the Site and receive your messages.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Some of these providers may store or process data on servers located outside India.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this Site. Pages that embed Google Maps or link to Instagram and WhatsApp may set cookies governed by those companies' own privacy policies. If we introduce analytics or other tracking in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our dealings, after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see your rights below.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information;
- Ask us to erase your information;
- Withdraw consent you have given us; and
- Raise a grievance about how your data is handled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
